A non- refundable payment (deposit/ booking fee) is required for all bookings. Without this your booking is not confirmed, and will not be completed.
Once deposit is received, I will then order the supplies I need. The deposit is an agreement between you and LK With Love to make your balloons , and towards the cost of supplies.
All orders must be paid for in full on the day before or day of event / collection. Bank transfer is preferred.
If you wish to cancel your booking, a refund will not be issued, but carried over so you can book again or reschedule.
In the extremely unlikely event that we cancel your order, we will refund the deposit, or any payments made, back to you as soon as possible.
If your order includes a hire item, this will be stated to you , and you agree to return the item in the condition it was left in.
You will be charged in full for any damages and /or missing items in full via invoice.
Once balloons , and /or hire items are set up, DO NOT try and move them. This could result in damage to the items and injury to yourself or others.
Never leave hire items in the rain or bad weather conditions.
Bad weather may restrict some set ups ,due to health & safety, but an alternative will be made available.
While we take the upmost pride in our work, balloons can be unpredictable, and we understand things do happen. Please understand once balloons are in your care, they are your responsibility. Please follow the care guide given to you carefully. We are not accountable should they pop or deflate.
We are not liable for any damages or injuries caused.
Always read and follow your care card.
Weather does impact balloons. The sun and warm temperatures will cause latex balloons to oxidise (matte looking) This is beyond our control. Outdoor set ups will be treated with a special spray to keep them shiny for longer.
Cold temperatures can cause foil balloons to deflate , do not worry , they will come back up once placed at room temperature.
Do not leave in the car for long period of time, and take out of bag asap.
Balloons are not toys , and must not be played with , or left unsupervised with young children.
Always remember to pop balloons, release all air and dispose of in the bin!! Popped balloons can be a choking hazard to both children and animals.
